About Me
Hi! I'm Ron, and this is my site about how to get a fast six pack.
As you can see, I'm in pretty good shape now, but I wasn't always like this. Up until early 2009 I was a wreck. I partied a little too much, and all the beer I was drinking was going straight to my belly. I was feeling fat and sloppy, and my girlfriend dumped me because I wasn't so "hot" anymore. That kicked me into gear to get back in shape. I searched around for a simple program to get my entire body back in shape. Now I've got amazing abs, and feel like a million bucks. And of course girls like my new look! This site tells a little about my story and the program I used. Thanks for visiting!
